How to easily Drain Water to Move on in Sonic Frontiers

Drain water to move on in Sonic Frontiers is a puzzle you will have to complete at the beginning of the game. This puzzle will take place in the second zone of the game, which is Ares Island. As the name of the quest suggests, there is an Oasis in the game, and you have to unplug a big plug to drain the water from the Oasis.

The rest of the puzzles in the game are pretty straightforward, however, this puzzle can be a little confusing, so read this guide to find out how exactly can you drain water to move on in Sonic Frontiers.

Steps to Drain water to move on in Sonic Frontiers

The first thing you should know before completing this quest is that you need the Chaos Emerald which is found in the Ares Island and you need to complete Knuckle’s memories. Therefore, we can say that this puzzle is progress-based.

When you start the quest, you will see a pop up with the heading “Darin the water to move on”. This pop up will tell you the instructions of what you need to do to Drain water to move on in Sonic Frontiers. You can see the instructions in the image below:

Follow these steps to Drain water to move on in Sonic Frontiers:

  • Locate the bomb that looks like a bullet.
  • Draw a Cycloops around the bomb. Once you do this, you will be able to pick up the bomb.
  • After you have picked up the bullet/bomb, run and take it to the gun (big machine).
  • Load it in the machine and aim at the big stone like structure flying in the sky.
  • You need to aim in the middle of the stone where the red square is.

Once the bomb/bullet hits the centre, the quest will be complete and the water will get drained.
