There is a character in Skyrim known as Falion. Falion is found in the location known as Morthal. To find Falion, just visit any bartender. When you are interacting with the bartender, you will get an option to ask the bartender about “the rumours going around”. Select the option, and the Bartender will tell you how to find Falion in Morthal.
Once you reach Falion and interact with him, he will tell you that he studies campires and vampirism. You can ask him if he can cure vampirism, to which he will reply in positive.
Falion will tell you that you need a Black soul Gem in order to cure vampirism. You cannot substitute a black star with this gem. If you cannot find a Black Soul Gem on your own, Falion will offer to sell you the Black Soul Gem in exchange for some gold coins. If you need to fill the Black Soul Gem, you should use the soul trap on a humanoid target.
