Frost Sac is an equipment material, and to obtain it, you need to defeat the Hirabami monster. This monster is primarily found in the Iceshard Cliffs and the Ruins of Wyveria. Its main weaknesses are Fire and Thunder elements.
- Go to the Iceshard Cliffs Base camp.
- In Cliffs Map find out Hirabami monster.
- Hunt the Hirabami to get Frost Sac.
Defeating the Hirabami monster will take a few minutes. After defeating it, you will receive the Frost Sac material along with other rewards like Hirabami Certified, Webbing, Machalite Ore, and Armor Sphere.
