1. Check Server Status

  • Visit @ELDENRING on Twitter or the official Bandai Namco website for updates.
  • Use DownDetector to see if others are reporting issues.
  • If servers are down, wait it out. You can still play in solo mode.

2. Check and Optimize NAT Type

  • Press Win + R, type cmd Press Enter.
  • Type netsh interface teredo show state Hit Enter.
  • If NAT is not Open:
  • Turn on UPnP in your router (check router page, e.g., 192.168.1.1).
  • Or open these ports:
    • TCP: 80, 443, 27015–27030
    • UDP: 50000–60000
  • Restart your router and the game.
