To complete the Silly Clown Quest, you must find all 20 Balloon Animals hidden around the Fisch map.
Once you collect all of them, you’ll receive the Silly Fun Happy Rod as your reward.
These Balloon Animals are small red floating figures, so using their GPS coordinates makes them easier to locate.
To start the quest, go to the Underground Music Venue and talk to the Silly Clown at GPS: 2049, –640, 2477.
