The Roblox game Sailor Piece released its Sea 2 Update publicly on April 19, 2026.
This update introduced a new sea—Sea 2—featuring four new islands, along with new questlines, an Easter event, guilds, guild leaderboards, and more.
In addition, players can now experience sea beasts, world bosses, new shops, and new systems like Bloodlines and Relics.

List of All Sailor Piece Ancient Fragment Locations
In the game, the “20 Ancient Fragments” refer to 20 possible spawn locations across the map, not 20 fixed items that you can collect all at once.
Only 2 fragments spawn at a time, and they respawn every 1 to 1.5 minutes. Each fragment will despawn after about 5 minutes if not collected.
Below is the list of all 20 possible spawn locations (islands) where Ancient Fragments can appear.
List of 20 Ancient Fragment Locations
1. Starter Island – side rocks
Along the outer edge, rocks behind the portal and spawn.
2. Starter Island – windmill roof
On the roof of the windmill / small building near the Dummy.
3. Jungle Island – southeast rock
On the large rock in the southeast corner of the island.
4. Jungle Island – near the tree house
On a rock near the tree‑house area overlooking the island.
5. Desert Island – back‑left rocks
On the cliff rocks in the back‑left (top‑left) corner of the island.
6. Desert Island – near the cactus
On a rock platform near the central cactus cluster.
7. Snow Island – village roof
On one of the rooftops near the central pool/village igloos.
8. Snow Island – behind the ice crystals
On the rocks behind the ice‑crystal / boss‑spawn area.
9. Shibuya Station – brown‑building rooftop
On the rooftop of the tall brown building near the station.
10. Shibuya Station – overpass ledge
On the ledge or small platform of the overpass near the Cursed King area.
11. Hollow Island – central‑structure interior
Inside or near the main central building/platform close to spawn.
12. Hollow Island – dead‑tree platform
On a dead tree or platform on the right side of the island.
13. Ninja Island – tree roof
On the tree in the center of the island, where fragments spawn.
14. Ninja Island – side platform
On a small platform near the side of the island.
15. Judgment Island – first mountain peak
On the first mountain peak you reach from the portal.
16. Judgment Island – back mountain peak
On the second, more distant mountain peak at the back.
17. Lawless Island – behind the boss tower
On the rocks or platform behind the Lawless boss tower.
18. Lawless Island – small wall
On a small wall along the side of the island.
19. Sailor Island – central cliffs
On the cliff side near the Sailor Island main structure.
20. Sailor Island – side rooftop or rock
On a rooftop or rocky outcrop around the perimeter of the island.
At any given time, only 2 out of the 20 spawn locations are active.
To collect fragments efficiently, you should rotate between different islands every 1 to 1.5 minutes to catch new spawns until you gather enough for your quest.
