- Travel to the Living Garden biome.
- Buy a Bloom Spire rod (standard or upgraded) from a nearby shop/vendor.
Get the Toxic Lotus
- Go to Living Garden.
- Plant a Rotten Seed in a flower pot/planting spot.
- Wait for it to grow.
- Collect Toxic Lotus.
Craft the Bloom Spire Twisted Toxins rod
- Use Toxic Lotus on the Bloom Spire rod.
- Upgrade to Bloom Spire Twisted Toxins.
