Dirty Business is a first-person crime management game created and developed by Plan Dirty Games.

You start with a small operation and gradually build it into a larger criminal organization by producing goods, hiring workers, managing distribution, upgrading your base, and expanding your business.

The game begins in a hidden underground hangar beneath the city, where you’ll start building your criminal operation from the ground up.

As your organization grows, you can produce different illegal goods, including drugs, weapons, and counterfeit money.

Goal: Start production, fulfill orders, hire workers, and automate your criminal empire.

1. Set Up the Underground Hangar

  • Explore the hangar and learn the different work areas.
  • Start a production line, such as Botany or Counterfeiting.
  • Perform the tasks manually at first: produce, process, and prepare goods.
  • Make sure all required equipment is available and ready.

2. Fulfill Orders

  • Check the Order Management screen for customer requests.
  • Use the Elevator to send products for small and medium deliveries.
  • Earn money and reinvest it into supplies.

Production → Sell → Reinvest

3. Hire Workers and Automate

  • Use the Staffing Hub to hire workers.
  • Assign workers to their specific jobs.
  • Keep the required equipment empty and ready:

  • Hire Street Dealers for automatic distribution and passive income.
  • Work toward unlocking the Cartel Airstrip for larger shipments.

5. Upgrade Your Base

  • Unlock new rooms to expand your production options.
  • Upgrade storage early to prevent inventory bottlenecks.

Early-Game Tip

You will need to do plenty of manual work before Level 15. Reach Level 15 to unlock better employee management and make automation much easier.
