The control tower is very hard to miss on the Al Mazrah map. You need to go to the far southeast of the map. You will need to look for the control tower icon symbol on the map, in the Al Malik Airport area.
There are multiple entrances to the tower, and you will need different keys for them, so you will need to stick to one entrance and use the same for the exit. However, you can remove the deadbolt from the inside to open up other exits.
- Go to the Al Malik Airport.
- Go to the tower icon using a boat.
- You will see a big and tall control tower.
Use any of the entries to get inside.
