This room is found towards the North of the Al-Mazrah City. You need to go to a building that has an “employees only” sign outside of it. When you open this door, the first thing that you will see is the locked Secure Records Room.
If you entered through the other side of the building, you can just take a right. After you’ve taken a right, go to the hall and you will see the Records Room towards the right of the hall.
