Dolphin dive can give you an advantage against the enemies because when you dolphin dive, you will fall below the gun aim of the opposite player and they will have to re-adjust their aim to shoot at you.

To need to dolphin dive, you need to crouch while running. If you press the button that makes you crouch while you are running, your character will do the dolphin dive in warzone 2.

There are different crouch buttons for different consoles. To crouch, it is the circle button on the PlayStation, the B button on the Xbox and on the keyboard and mouse, it is the C button. You need to hold these buttons down while running, otherwise you will only slide.

To make this process a little easier, you can go to Options, then go to Settings. Then go to Controller, and keep going down till you reach the option “Automatic Sprint”. Turn on automatic tactical sprint under the automatic sprint. After turning this on, you will automatically start sprinting when you move forward, which will make dolphin diving easier.
