Players are welcomed by Brock and Sindri’s businesses when they first arrive in Niflheim. Players that finish the Eye of Odin quest can get gifts at Raven’s Tree, which is nearby.
Just outside the shop, to the player’s northwest as they leave the Realm Travel Portal, is where they will find the Training Arena.

The sparring area is useful for beginners, they can practice certain attacks on particular types of enemies to build their resilience in the game. They can practice against enemies that are hard to defeat in the game.
To summon the enemies, you can interact with the pillar that is frozen in the middle of the grounds.
Initially, you will only be able to summon Draugrs. As you progress in the game and encounter new enemies, you will be able to summon them to practice as well.
