The Cooked Owl is a Mythical pet in Grow a Garden, introduced during the Crafting Update on June 14, 2025.
It looks like a regular owl, but its wings are replaced with drumsticks, and its entire body is brown, making it look like it’s been cooked.
Smoke particles also come out of its body.
The Cooked Owl’s main ability gives it a 15.35% chance every 15 minutes to cook a nearby fruit, usually turning it Burnt, but sometimes into a Cooked version.
Additionally, it boosts the XP gain of all active pets by 0.17 XP per second.
It’s a limited-time pet, so only a few players have been able to get it.
How to Get a Cooked Owl in Grow a Garden?
To get a Cooked Owl in Grow a Garden, you needed to be online during the Working Bee and Crafting Update, which was released on June 14, 2025.
After the update went live, all online players automatically received the Cooked Owl pet in their inventory.
Each player got 2 Cooked Owls for free.
Around 32 million Cooked Owls were distributed in total.
This pet cannot be sold, so you won’t be able to trade it for Sheckles.
As of now, the Cooked Owl is no longer obtainable through the game, and the only way to get one is if another player gifts it to you.
