Step 1: Start in Forgotten Kingdom (World 2)
- Spawn in Stonewake’s Cross (World 1).
- Get the Portal Tool from the Wizard.
- Teleport to Forgotten Kingdom (World 2).
- Or complete quests to unlock the portal.
Step 2: Enter Ruined Cave
- From the Forgotten Kingdom spawn, head south/southeast.
- Find the Ruined Cave entrance with Captain Rowan outside.
- Enter cave (large mouth, zombie sounds).
Step 3: Follow the RIGHT Path
- Take the RIGHT path in the cave (not left or straight).
- Straight → Ashen Passage (wrong).
- Left → Catacombs (wrong).
- RIGHT: steep downward slope.
- More zombies/skeletons.
- Distant lava glow.
Step 4: Find the Basalt Vein Rock
- Go right to a dead-end (blocked passage).
- Spot a massive Basalt Vein (dark rock formation).
- Amber NPC nearby (Goblin King quests).
- Mine Basalt Vein to proceed (mandatory).
Step 5: Break the Basalt Vein
- Use Mythril Pickaxe+ (Arcane/Magma recommended).
- Hold left-click to mine Basalt Vein (~30s-1min).
- Or wait for a player on a crowded server.
- Check if the passage is already open.
Step 6: Drop into Volcanic Depths
- Break the Basalt Vein to open the hole.
- Drop into Volcanic Depths (lava cavern, red/orange light).
- Main spawn: Right wall, near lava pools, 1-2 areas back.
- Secondary: Deep left corners or near Reapers.
