How to find AI Darth Vader in Fortnite (New Update)
To find AI Darth Vader in Fortnite, you need to visit one of three possible locations where he randomly appears in each match.
These locations include Vader Samurai’s Solitude, south of the tunnel near Canyon Crossing, and east of Foxy Floodgate.
Since his spawn is random, you may need to check multiple spots to locate him. Once you find Darth Vader, be prepared to defeat him in battle before you can interact with him further.
1. Find Vader’s Location
Darth Vader always spawns at Vader Samurai’s Solitude, a red forest area in the southwest of the Chapter 6 map.
Look for his parked shuttle to confirm his presence.
2. Get Ready for the Fight
He’s protected by 4 Stormtroopers and attracts other players.
- Land nearby to collect weapons and shields
- Watch out for his Force Pull, Lightsaber attacks, and bullet deflection
3. Defeat and Recruit Vader
- Keep your distance and time your attacks
- After beating him, a Force portal appears
- Interact with it and select the Lightsaber skills option
- Vader joins your squad and gives you a red lightsaber
4. Talk to Vader (Optional)
- Go to Settings > Controls and assign a key to Conversational AI
- Make sure Voice Chat Volume is on
- Hold the key, and speak Vader replies in his signature voice
