To unlock Soul Dominion in Sailor Piece, you must first complete the Hogyoku Quest.
However, before starting this quest, you need to reach at least Level 8500+, as this unlocks access to Quincy enemies, rare drops like Chrysalis Sigils, and required bosses.
Once you meet the level requirement, travel to Hollow Island (Hueco Mundo) and find the Hogyoku Quest NPC located near the spawn area to begin the quest.
Collect 6 Hogyoku Fragments (hidden across islands)
