Go to options, then to settings, then go to controller. Then select controller and keep scrolling down till you reach the option “Vertical aim axis”. When you open this, you will get a lot of different options. You will see an option “vertical aim on foot”. Select this option, and then select “inverted”. Do that for all the settings under vertical aim axis.
