Quincies are human forms with the unique ability to see dead spirits’ including the Shinigami and Hollows.
However, Quinicies’ numbers are very few in Type Soul as the Shinigami earlier removed them. But, if you want to be a Quincy, you should religiously follow the below steps.

You should travel away from the city, where you will find the big bridge.
If found, you aim to go to the bridge’s other end. However, crossing the bridge will take time, so please be patient.
Afterward, you will find a big building by going to the left.
Next, you will find a park with a river. If you have reached this spot, it indicates you are in the right spot.
You will notice a tunnel with blue tiles below when you look straight.
Please be careful, as you will see several similar tunnels. The important specialty in Quincy Tunnel is its small vine on the top side and ice in the below region.
When entering the portal, you will be transported to another place. However, the portal opens up only for 10 minutes.
Upon reaching the teleported region, you must go to the middle portion.
Once you are in the middle spot, simply click the big statue.
Select the first option, which says, ‘I worship the King.’
Immediately after you click, you will die and turn into a Quincy.
