Where and How to get the Amulet Coin in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
The first thing you need to know about getting the Amulet Coin is that you need to defeat at least 5 trainers in the West Province (area 3) and then you need to go to the NPC at the Medali Poke Centre (East).
Here you will meet a Pokemon league rep. You need to interact with the rep and the rep will give you the Amulet Coin and will tell you about its power.
Locations of the trainers
You will find the first trainer towards North East of the NPC at the Medali Poke Centre. Afterwards keep moving north east to find the second trainer. Then you just need to keep moving along the stream and you will find the other trainers.
