Noel is introduced as a soldier with great abilities to use weapons and drive. Moreover, she is expected to become the coming Crossbell Guardian Force ace because of her dedication and skills.

Noel has big shiny blue eyes and medium brown hair, making her naturally beautiful. In addition, she wears a dark-green outfit identical to a soldier over a short red skirt. Extending to the legs from the thighs is a black covering. Finally, she wears beautiful brown shoes, a belt, and a dark-green soldier hat to complete her look.
Being a soldier, she protects her loved ones, including Crossbell, from dangerous attacks. Interestingly, Noel doesn’t care about the enemies when supporting needy people. Moreover, she loves driving cars because of her father’s wishes.

Noel belongs to the weaker side but can be used effectively by understanding her abilities properly. All her attacks, including her normal attacks, hit within a specified region, facilitating her to combat numerous enemies simultaneously.
