Translator Parts are trash-tier fishing items needed to craft the Translator Machine, which lets you communicate with Glorp, the alien NPC.
There are three parts in total, and each one can be found in specific locations while using Garbage Bait.
Before you can collect these items, you must finish Glorp’s quest.
This includes catching the Gleebous, a mutated fish located near Glorp.
After catching it, trade the Gleebous to Dr. Crookspine to get the Translator Recipe.
Only after completing this questline can you start farming the three Translator Parts.
